LOCK IN. is a dietary supplement. It is not a medicine. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and this product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
4. Product information and availability
We describe the product as accurately as we can, and every active ingredient is listed at the amount it is used. We do not warrant that descriptions are error-free, and we may correct errors, change specifications, or discontinue the product at any time. Where a label figure and this site ever disagree, the physical label governs.
5. Orders, pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is mispriced or where we suspect fraud; if we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.
6. Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on every order. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
7. Returns and refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In short: 30 days from delivery, opened or unopened, full refund of the product price, return shipping paid by us.
8. Subscriptions and recurring billing
If you choose a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the stated interval and price until you cancel. We will tell you the price, the interval and the date of the next charge before you subscribe, and send a reminder before each renewal. You may skip, pause, reschedule or cancel at any time from your account, with no email or phone call required. Cancellation takes effect for shipments not yet dispatched. Prices may change on notice to you before a renewal.
9. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or resell the product without our written agreement.
11. Intellectual property
The Vitelyn name, mark, site design, photography and written content are ours and may not be copied or reused without permission.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order, and we will update the “last updated” date above.
15. Governing law
