Where we ship

United States — free on every order. Vitelyn ships exclusively within the United States.

International — not available. We do not ship outside the US. Dietary supplement import rules differ by country and we would rather not ship than have an order seized.

Transit times are still to be confirmed with our fulfilment partner and will be published here before they are promised anywhere else.

Returns

• Window: 30 days from delivery.
• Condition: Opened or unopened — it does not matter.
• Refund: Full refund of the product price.
• How: Email us and we will send a prepaid label and instructions.

Subscriptions

• Cadence: Every 30 days.
• Control: Skip, pause, reschedule or cancel from your account at any time.
• Notice: Changes made before your renewal date apply to the next shipment.
• Cancelling: No email, no phone call, no retention flow.
