No. There is no caffeine in the formula. Take it with your coffee or without one; it doesn’t depend on either.
It’s sweetened with stevia and carries a natural flavoring, with no sugar. Take it straight from the dropper, or stir it into coffee, tea or water if you’d rather not.
Vitamin B12 500 mcg, Cordyceps mushroom extract 100 mg, Lion’s Mane mushroom extract 100 mg, Alpha GPC 25 mg and L-Tyrosine 25 mg. The rest of the bottle is glycerin, purified water, natural flavoring, stevia, potassium sorbate and nisin. That is the complete list.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first if you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, are under 18, or are managing a medical condition. If you already take B12 or a choline supplement, count those amounts alongside this one.
We don’t claim either yet. Nisin, one of the two preservatives, is often cultured on a dairy medium, and we don’t yet have the manufacturer’s answer in writing. If you have a dairy allergy, write to us before ordering and we’ll get you that answer first.
